Forerunner Specialist Limited has been awarded a new exterior facade and aluminium works NSC contract by Kaisa Group Holdings Limited  for a residential development at 1-9 Eastern Street, Hong Kong. The project consists of 19-storeys of Residential Tower and a 3-storeys of Podium.

Forerunner Specialist Limited will be in charge of works include Curtain Wall, Facade lighting, Glass Balustrade, Aluminium Cladding, Aluminium Grille, Aluminium Louver, Glass Wall, Sliding Door at Tower and Podium. The project will be started in Jul 2022 and completed in Apr 2024.
