Forerunner Specialist Limited has been awarded a new exterior facade and aluminium works NSC contract by The Sino group for a proposed residential development at Lohas Park, Tseung Kwan O. The project consists of 48-storeys of residential building with 7-storeys of podium, which will be a new landmark building with complicated curtain wall systems in Tseung Kwan O. This residential building will be a new icon of Tseung Kwan O.

Forerunner Specialist Limited will be in charge of works include Glass Wall, Footbridge & Covered Walkway to Lohas Park MTR Station, Glass Balustrade, Aluminium Cladding, Aluminium Grille, Aluminium Louver, FRR Glass Wall, Automatic Door and Folding Door at Podium. The project will be started in Dec 2021 and completed in Oct 2023.
