Aggressive Construction Engineering Company Limited has been awarded a Main Contract managed by Win Standard Enterprises Ltd (Subsidiary of Henderson Land Development) and developed by Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Co., Ltd (0050) and Empire Group Holdings Limited for Proposed Residential Development at TMTL547, Castle Peak Road – Castle Peak Bay, Area 48, Tuen Mun, N.T. The contract is valued at over HK$1,866 million.

This contract comprises:

• Construction of 6 residential towers ranging from 18-20 storey with about 1800 residential units and 1 floor basement carpark.
• Outdoor swimming pool and club house
• Building envelop, internal fit out, MEP works and external landscaping works

The works has been commenced in November 2019 and will be completed in December 2021.
