Aggressive Civil & Foundation Engineering Limited has been awarded a site formation and foundation works contract by New Dragon Limited and Galaxy Power Investment Limited for the Residential Development at T.M.T.L. No. 463, Siu Shau Tsuen, Tuen Mun. The contract does not only include various types of piling foundation but also involve complicated site formation, soil retaining, slope protection, excavation and lateral support, and drainage diversion works on design and build nature.

This contract comprises:

• Site Formation Works
• Steel sheet piling and ELS works
• Foundation and Sub‐structure Works
• Demolition of Existing Public Latrine & Existing Refuse Collection Point
• Drainage Diversion and Construction of New Access Road
• Building Services Works
• Soft Landscape Works

The works has been commenced in September 2019 and will be completed in July 2021.
