Aggressive Civil & Foundation Engineering Limited has been awarded a foundation works contract by Korn Reach Investment Limited for the Proposed Residential Development at Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 45. The contract includes two individual sites associated with foundation, bored pile walls, excavation and lateral support system for pile caps, footings, tie and strap beams.

This contract comprises:

• Excavation and Lateral Support System
• Mini-Pile Works
• Bored Pile Walls Works
• Raft Footing Foundation Founded on Rock
• Pile Cap Works

The works has been commenced in July 2020 and will be completed in April 2022.
