Forerunner Specialist Limited has been awarded a new exterior facade and aluminium works NSC contract by The Development Studio Limited for a residential development at 42-46 Tung Street, Sheung Wan.

The project is to construct a single tower boutique residential building with floor area of approximately 2,203 square feet and a total construction area of approximately 10,718 square feet. A 21-storey commercial and residential property will be built, the residential area accounts for about 16,000 square feet; another 2,666 square feet of floor area will be used for commercial purpose.

Forerunner Specialist Limited will be in charge of works include Curtain Wall, Aluminium Cladding, Aluminium Grille, Metal Balustrade, GRC Cladding, Automatic Door, Window, Louver and Sliding Door at Podium and Tower. The project will be started in Oct 2020 and completed in Mar 2022.
