Forerunner Specialist Limited has been awarded a new curtain wall and exterior cladding NSC contract issued by Fancy Excellent Limited for the development of a riverside residential project named Upper River Bank on Kai Tak Area 1K Site 1.

The work includes curtain walls, glass claddings, glass walls, glass canopies, aluminum claddings, sliding doors, folding doors, glass balustrades, metal balustrades and aluminum grilles for podium, retail and low-rise blocks.

The project started in March 2019 and will be completed in December 2020.
