Aggressive Construction Engineering Limited has been awarded a main contract works for the proposed composite development at 50-62 Larch Street and 6-8 Lime Street, Tak Kok Tsui, Kowloon managed by Wang On Properties.
This contract comprises:
• Superstructure of 21 storeys high residential tower and 3 storeys of podium shop and clubhouse with facilities.
• Plumbing & drainage work
• Fire services system work
• Curtain wall work
• NSC works

The works has been commenced in November 2022 and will be completed in June 2024.
